Roses and a kitty

I struggle to color flowers, especially roses, so I  hope this pretty print will work!  I used swirls (white layer) and roses - inspired by the shape of the cupcakes, and some of the colors (Desert Divas challenge).  IRL the colors look much better together - the bottom panel is pink, not lavender.  The image is from A Day for Daisies.  I added pink stickles to the wings.

What a fun use of sequins with your little cat, Dorothy! Great idea to add Stickles to the wings, too. Thanks for playing with our Sequins challenge. Hope you play in our next challenge! Hugs, Cathy ADFD DT

Yes, flowers can be challenging. I always start with a light layer over the whole thing and then add a little extra color at the bottom and blend up. Thanks so much for sharing this with us at A Day For Daisies Sequins Challenge. Glad you joined us and hope you'll join us for the new challenge coming soon.
